8. Consent & Liability
I/We, the undersigned pet parent/guardian, hereby confirm that I/we have voluntarily admitted my/our pet for boarding/daycare/stay at Pawgarh Palace at my/our own risk and responsibility. I/We confirm that all known medical conditions, behavioural concerns, allergies, vaccination details, food restrictions, medication requirements, past illness/injury history, and special care instructions relating to my/our pet have been truthfully disclosed to Pawgarh Palace before check-in. I/We understand and agree that pets may be exposed to normal boarding risks including, but not limited to, stress, injury, illness, infection, allergic reaction, behavioural issues, fights, choking, sudden medical complications, escape attempts, natural causes, death, or any unforeseen emergency. I/We confirm that Pawgarh Palace, its staff, caretakers, attendants, management, and associates shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, illness, deterioration, death, loss, expense, claim, allegation, or consequence arising during or after the pet’s stay. I/We further authorize Pawgarh Palace, in case any illness, abnormal behaviour, injury, emergency, or urgent medical concern is noticed, to contact a veterinarian/doctor and arrange necessary diagnosis, treatment, hospitalization, medication, ambulance/transport, or emergency care for my/our pet at my/our sole cost and responsibility. I/We agree to reimburse/pay all medical, transport, consultation, hospitalization, and related expenses immediately upon demand. I/We also understand and agree that Pawgarh Palace maintains CCTV only for internal security, monitoring, operational, and safety purposes, and CCTV footage is confidential property of Pawgarh Palace. CCTV footage shall not be provided, shared, copied, or released to pet parents/customers as a matter of right. By signing this consent, I/we confirm that I/we have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to the above terms without any pressure or objection.
